David Barrett

David started his career at SHL in 1997 and has worked in the area of psychometrics, behavioural science, talent management, people analytics and employee experience in wide range of roles over the last 25 years across North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to co-founding Welliba he was the CCO of AON Human Capital overseeing client solutions globally in the areas of talent assessment for selection, development, future of work, organisational performance and total rewards overseeing a team of 400 commercial and professional colleagues in this domain. David joined AON in 2017 as a part of the acquisition of cut-e where he built and led the firms global capability and footprint to have teams in 30 countries, working 40+ languages assessing over 30 million persons per annum in selection, development, upskilling and learning contexts.  He holds BA in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin Ireland & an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Queens University Belfast.
