Speaker Sessions

10.45 am

Adapting to the ever-changing work environment

Grab a coffee and come along to hear Sean Sheridan O’Gorman - Vhi Lead Physiotherapist share practical tips with delegates to support their employees who are transitioning back into the work office environment after a long period working remotely/hybrid. Micheli Romao - Vhi Health Coach will then share the mental challenges associated with this change offering simple advice and tips.


1.10 pm

Embracing Disruption

After you’ve had some lunch, Ray Goggins will share with delegates his lived experience of managing chaos and disruption in his professional life as a former an elite Army Ranger  commander and the importance breathing and staying calm had on him. Claire Walsh will contribute to this conversation drawing on her experience as a free diver, best selling author and breath coach. Claire will conclude the session by taking delegates through a short series of breath work exercises they can practice and apply in their personal and professional lives.


3.40pm

Good food choices for the busy professional

With your last coffee of the day, why not pop over to hear nutritionist Kate McDaid share some of the pitfalls poor diet and food choices can have on performance and tips to fuel the body to ensure optimal performance. Kate will also provide a basic healthy snack demo for delegates to sample.
