Jake has spent the past ten years helping businesses interpret data to make impactful decisions. He holds a PhD in Bioengineering from Trinity College Dublin and is an expert in drawing insight and narrative from disparate data streams.

Before joining Welliba, he led a team of data analysts unlocking value for some Indeed's largest enterprise clients. His career history also includes consulting roles in the world of marketing analytics with Analytic Partners. These experiences have honed Jake's ability to be a translator between raw data and real-world commercial impact. Now, Jake is eager to apply his expertise to employee experience (EX) and explore new technologies to improve the workplace.
