Rossa is a director and shareholder in Sigmar Recruitment.  He manages the award-winning Sales and Multilingual Division in Sigmar Recruitment; winners of the Employment & Recruitment Federation's Awards in 2022, 2021, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011. 

Rossa has a proven track record in executive search at global and regional director level for roles and during his time at Sigmar, he has dealt with some of the world’s top technology, financial, manufacturing and media companies as well as up-and-coming indigenous Irish firms. Rossa specialises in senior-level search across all areas of Senior Management and is extremely well-networked.
